Registration
Prior to each term commencing, class enrolments are made within this website on the following schedule:
- Returning enrolments are opened two weeks before the end of a term. This is adverstised in class and on social media sites.
- Existing families are guaranteed their place in class providing confirmation is made by the last day of term.
- We do our best to accommodate class changes but this cannot always be guaranteed.
- New enrolments work on a first in, first served basis.
- $60 non refundable deposits are required to secure your place.
- New enrolments will be confirmed with a "Class Confirmation" email.
- "Earlybird Payments Period" are in place until 7 days before your class commences.
Families receive a $15 discount on classes during this period. We ask for families to finalise their payments during this time. - After the "Earlybird Payment Period" enrolments go up $15 per first child and up to $10 per sibling.
Please refer to the specific term rates for more details. - Payment must be made in full by the first class to secure your space and receive your resources.

Class Cancelations
In the unlikely event a class needs to be cancelled, you will be advised as soon as possible via email.
If a class is cancelled on the same day it is planned, you will be advised via SMS. Please ensure your contact details are up to date.
Cancelled classes will be rescheduled for another time that is suitable for the majority of the group.
A class may be cancelled for unexpected reasons such as;
* Severe storm threats (such as a cyclone threat)
* Blooming Tunes teacher unavailable (due to illness)
$15 reimbursements are offered for those families that cannot attend a rescheduled class.
Classroom Etiquette
For the enjoyment of all parents, caregivers and children, I ask that you follow our classroom etiquette:
• Please turn off your mobile phones or set them to vibrate. If you need to take a call, please step outside the room with your child.
• We discourage eating during class. (Water in a closable container is fine).
• Please do not take photos or videos of any other children during class.
• Occasional photography of your own child is fine but please keep this to a minimum as it can disrupt the community experience.
• We ask adults to discourage running in the classroom, this especially applies to children over 3 years.
• Blooming Tunes is based on the principles of model directed learning, we encourage parents to join in the class to set a musical model for the children.
• Enjoy yourself and have fun. Take this time to engage with your child for 45 minutes of pure fun each week.
Illness
To maintain the health and safety of all, please refrain from attending class where your child has fallen ill and is recommended for "time out" as set out by the Department Of Health:
If you or your child discover that you were exposed to something contagious, please inform me ASAP, so that I can let all of your fellow students know. We can also discuss a make-up class for you.
